08/02/2010 Dr Thomas Cogley is a true animal lover and his business is not all about the money, its about the well being of the animals. I took my golden retriever to Dr Cogley regularly and he performed several surgeries on her throughout her life - each surgery was expertly done without having to refinance the house to pay for it.
